I’m rusty on my manual transmission knowledge (and haven’t driven one in a while), but clutch engaging near the floor doesn’t seem like a sign of a bad clutch (clutch engaging high can be), but may be a bad/worn out slave or master cylinder. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Hard to tell if it’s a problem without having had the car since newer to see if anything has changed. So a member of our extended family has a 2010 5MT. We compared clutch pedal feel between the two cars. Ours is significantly heavier and engages much closer to the floor. Anyone think we should start feeling out clutch replacement?
