well the clutch is going to be covered under warranty... although the service advisor told me that if there was anything more than the 116 km on the car, i would have been paying for it... i'm not getting a great first impression from those guys. they've called and said they had all the parts in and the car would be ready, only to call again the next day and say they need another part and almost daily they call to tease me that it should arrive soon and might be done by "tomorrow". now it looks like it will be done by sometime early next week.. hopefully!!! it seems a little suspicious that they would have said they had all the parts and then a couple days later have to order a new slave cylinder, when their position has been that there were no manufacturer's defects and they just like to replace all the components when a clutch goes.
brianmcd - there were about 40 km on it when i picked it up, and it was only delivered to the dealership about a week before i got it.
i can't wait to get it back, its been a very long week without it, and we've had amazing weather now BOTH weekends that i haven't been able to drive it(drive2)
MS6S2K - I get it for 2 years and i have 50K km. I can buy it out at the end of the lease for just about $19K canadian. The value of the lease that MazdaCanada is paying on my behalf was $17K when it was all said and done.
