Hey whats up everyone? I'm new to the forums and to Mazda too, thought I'd say hello!
So I was at the Toronto Auto Show back in Feb and there was a joint promotion between XBOX and Mazda, with some TVs and 360's set up running Need For Speed: Carbon. (here's a link to the promo website http://www.mazda.ca/mazdaspeedchampionship/) You got one chance to run one lap on this track, in a Speed3 of course, and your qualifying time was entered. The top 64 times from the Auto Show got invited back to this championship thing a couple weekends ago where they set up a bracket kinda like March Madness and you raced head to head, with the winner moving on to the next round. I didn't think I had a chance in hell because I hadn't played the game all that much and I figured some people were probably insane gamers. Anyway, as you can tell by the thread title, I won the whole damn thing and the prize was a 2 year lease on a Mazdaspeed 3 ... pretty ridiculous huh?!? I picked up my nice shiny crystal white pearl MS3 three days ago and its sweeeeet...
or at least it WAS sweet. Yesterday, I was driving it and I go to change gears, press down on the clutch pedal and the thing didn't come back up!!!!! It was just sitting all the way down at the floor. The clutch was gone, like maybe the hydraulics for it or something? (I don't know a lot about cars to be honest). I had to get it towed to the dealership and apparently they're going to take a look at it on monday, but I'm a little annoyed/worried. Can anyone shed any light on this? I only had about 100 km on the thing and hadn't been driving crazy or anything.(help)
