I was just wondering.

I realize we all have a sound in mind for our is exhaust along with performance reasons as well, but my question is why do most people Spend there time looking at what few options we have? When you can easly find the muffler you want along with any other parts and get a shop to weld it up. I have one done like this and it was waaaayyyy less than me ordering a full kit.

Just wondering, so no flamming needed.

Did you get new, larger, stainless steel mandral bent piping with yours?

I guess that was the flaw i was mistaking. Mine are the bends with a little crinkle in them hence the reason for the kit. HA i retract my question. Please still love me.(peep)

Other than my Thunder header my exhaust is full stainless custom, all bends are mandral and mount points are also stainless . Total was $350 installed for 2.5" , 3" would have been $400 this included a drop in cat and straight pipe for inspection time.

My Thunder header (on its way out) is the only "pre-manufactured" piece in my exhaust. The rest is custom-built mandrel bent 2.375" and 2.5" pipe.
