i used the wrong oil

Ok so being the dumbass of the day, i put Quaker State 5w30 Full Synthetic for 4x4s, SUVs and Trucks. Is this ok to use? I'm just worried that it might cause harm but I dont see how being that it's still FULL SYNTHETIC. So what do you guys think, I haven't started the car up yet. Still trying to find out if its ok to use.

just drain and replace with the right stuff.

LOL, of course it won't mess anything up. The truck stuff just has a tad more additives. Nothing terribly special. Just marketing.

yeah i've been using full syn since 5k, if it's ok to use then i'll probably use it til my next change.

No Problem... It's mostly just a label diference..

Run it for the regular interval and swap it..

I agree with brian and mike,

the truck/suv/4x4 oil usualy contains more cleaning agents than regular oil, kinda like that "High mileage" crap. You don't have to change it, but if it makes you sleep better at night..
