i think my z828 might be done

Im not sure what the deal is.. but this is similar to what happen on my last z919.

so far i have gotten 2 new z919 and recently the dealer finally gave me the z828 after some bitching..

well thursday night the radio works fine, i haven't driven the car since then. I get in it this morning to get a bagel and a coffee, and my radio screen is fine yet there is no noise comming out of the speakers..... Also on my amp (see sig for model) the little light on it is not illuminated i checked the fuse in the amp and the one under the hood feeding the amp, and both are fine... any suggestions, my dealer might give me s*** b/c the amp...

i put this in the MP3 section, figuring Other mp3 owners have had this problem, this radio is fairly new to me since i havent had it more then 6 months. Is there a reset button on this? on my last Z919 it did this same thing...:wtf:

i hope it is something simple...

I think there is a reset button either on the back of the face or the front of the main unit

i played around with it just now.. i htink it has to do with my amp... the light is usually on and now it is off.... Also on my old one when the sound went it still made a static noise when i put it to 30+ no i can put it a 35 and still hear nothing. I have the z828 book in front of me. i guess i will read over it in a bit.

i looked and didnt see any reset button..
