I think my MS3 is posessed.

Aside from whispering "go faster, daddy" every time the road opens up, I'm convinced my car has a mind of its own.

The volume on my stereo definitely goes down when I come to a stop, despite the ALC being set to "OFF".

Sometimes my automatic wipers refuse to move, even when there's a coating of mist on windshield that makes it hard for me to see. Other times, the wipers are flailing away wildly at nothing, long after the water is gone.
It just occurred to me that my EZ Pass box might be messing with the rain sensor... any thoughts on this?

I won't even get into the ECU thinking it's smarter than me with its attempts at throttle control.
By the time the computer cuts the power, I've already anticipated wheelspin and feathered off the power. Then the computer jumps in and it's double the effect.

My car is red and seems to be attracting local cardinals which flock to to my driveway to perch on the side mirrors and coat the doors in s*** and vomit.
I now have to fold my mirrors in every night.

Now this is funny "s***"...Pun intended.

I think they all have the Zoom-Zoom possession. It kind of goes with the territory. Let's face it, anybody who buys a car like this was probably hearing that particular voice in their head a long time ago.

As far as the auto wipers, I have 18k on my car and am convinced that the + and - adjustment on the wiper stalk is there just for show. I don't see the slightest difference one way or the other.

The volume might change based on speed if you are using the AUX port for your stereo input. For some reason the head unit can't turn off ALC for the AUX port.

lol.... here's my $.02...

i called my wife the other day and she told me that the local cats (as in "meow meow") like to hang out around my car all day long... does the MS3 attract cats as well as cardinals? Cosmic Blue, by the way...

Maybe your rain sensor is just dirty? Maybe it's got cardinal poop and puke on it.

Can the auto feature be disabled?

Mt car attracts all the local cats =[ its driving me crazy waking and coming out to paw prints on my hood and windshield.

Oh its possessed for sure! the test is to try and not drive it for week or like mine 3Months. The nightmares the anxiousness, constantly watching the long long term weather forecast and then as you mentioned the voices start. also i don't believe any one has attempted to cure this affliction yet. You might try the Saint something medal or figurine on dash for the wipers though! Stay strong brother!

Cosmic blue does attract cats and squirrels too. Be warned, I had just put very slipperry wax on hood of car of mine and the next day I had claw marks down my hood. some varmint(Cats Included) must have started to slide and out come the claws aaaarrgghh Hours Of buffing and polishing. You might need to move!

Nothing a little prestone couldn't take care of. (JUST KIDDING!)
Cat scratches are horrible on my roof from going over to my girlfriend's. Do a clay bar and then wax and voila :D

... and squirrels too?... good lord, next someone will say that Cosmic Blue attracts butterflies, ravens, beluga whales, meth-heads, etc...

p.s.... why does my post counter not update?

The neighborhood cats like to sleep under my True Red. When they aren't strolling back and forth in front of my house teasing our dogs, that is. Which just thrills my wife, who is trying to work from home. The dogs watch me leave in the morning. I used to think it was because they were already missing me and hoping I would come back in and take them with me. Then I realized it is because they are hoping I'll run over one of the G.D. cats and they don't want to miss it!

<Way off topic, but the thread is a mess anyway>

How do you know your dog is man's best friend?

Lock your wife and your dog in the trunk of your car. Go for a drive for 20 minutes. Open the trunk and find out who is glad to see you.

:)

The ALC on aux input is interesting. I always thought it was weird how it kept getting louder despite being set to OFF. That's a weird design choice on someone's part...

Mine does this no matter what I listen to - CD, MP3 CD, or iPod via AUX - it constantly adjusts itself with the ALC to OFF. I wish I knew why it did this, it is slightly annoying.
