This is the new turbo to intercooler pipe, it now has a straight 2" section for the coupler.

No probs with the pipes other than I had to have Terry extend the "turbo to intercooler pipe" 2 inches so it would clear around my fan. It wasnt a Spool thing, but that I had a different angle on the compressor since it is larger and I used different 90's on the intercooler and they where shorter.

Actually Terry spent Saturday night putting a turbo on a P5 just to be sure it was "my situation" only, and it confirmed it was. His pipes fit fine with the stage 3 turbo and intercooler. Thier customer service is second to none!

I was getting tons of smoke after initial startup and couldn't figure out what the heck it was. Finally removed the oil return line and found that the muffler shop kinked, causing oil to blow by the turbo seal into the turbine which was burning causing the smoke.
Its fixed now.

My only problem now is stalling at the stop lights. I have checked all my vaccum lines and tightened the couplers, but still no help. If I do get it to idle, it is erratic, and I get black smoke (rich?) Eventually it idles at 750 and no smoke, but if I give it gas, it either stalls, or goes to the eratic idle with black smoke.

What did you do for the pipe between the downpipe and exhaust? Do you have any pics. I'm pretty much done with mine but I have to get the exhaust pipe made. Sorry to hear about your stalling problems. I'm sure it's something minor.

I cut the flange off of my Greddy cat back, and drove the car to a muffler shop without the cat on, and they welded 2 1/2" pipe from the downpipe to the greddy cat back with no questions. As long as they don't have to remove the cat theirselves, they will weld a pipe in.

Cool, thanks. They must have welded in an O2 sensor bung also? The guy that's helping me has got mad hook-ups when it comes to welding aluminum and stainless. Hopefully he can come up with something. I'd like not to have to cut up my JIC exhaust. :)

HMMMMMMM! I just thought of something reading your statement. I am only running one O2 sensor! Should I be running both? I forgot about the other one.
