I Need a damn Tripod.

You need to make sure you Level your tripod and the camera. That way your horizon will be straight.

You also have to play with your shutter speeds.
Most importantley, you have to use that spot meter and also exposure compensation. If you can move the Auto Focus point in the frame, then put it on the car, (not the headlights) and then take the exposure . and shoot.

If you can't move the AF point in the frame, then point the camera to the car (not the headlights) and push the shutter button down half way. Then press AE lock, hold it and recompose then press the shutter all the way down.

I love your car, my friend has the same prelude. Same color and all. He just doesn't have any rims or a factory kit.
The prelude is the only car I have been in that the VTEC really could be fealt after 5 grand.

The horizon is level enough in most of the pics...but you're right about the exposure. The AE is getting 'confused' by the bright headlights and setting a faster shutter speed, causing the parts in darkness to be underexposed.

You can either do what Bruce suggested...take the meter reading off a different part of the car, or just set exposure compensation to...say + 1 1/2 stops or so.
