i got a ticket for 85 in a 55 last september, set up a court date the next day. i went in dressed casually (nice pants/shirt), judge called me up, asked me my name/age and he says "youre getting off reallly lucky today and i want you to learn something from this...... blah blah. im dismissing all charges. youre free to go"

i was speechless. all i could get out was a "thank you" lol.

well... got pulled over yesterday... you guessed it.. no front plate..

just a warning... i am glad i saw him as i was coming around the corner... the guys who use the laser will always notice the missing plate, as that is what they aim at...

gonna get the towplate, i think...

In Florida, 40 over is JAIL, unless you can talk it down. Also, after sixty or ninety days of no pay, your license is suspended. Presumably, after six months or so, it's revoked.
