Uh, with your mods, the dealer is going to freak and start saying "warranty void, warranty void." If you don't have a Dash Hawk, AP, or OBDII reader, just take it to Autozone and they'll hook up a reader to your port and tell you the code number and what it means.
Without that number, we're all guessing. Report back and well help you with suggestions on the fix. My early and perhaps wrong guess, based on your symptoms is that you have a leak in one of your turbo hoses, maybe just a loose hose clamp. Or you might have a vacuum line leak or a problem with lines to and from your BOV or it is adjusted wrong. But it's just a wild guess without a code number.
In any event, you will run much better and may get rid of your symptoms if you set your BOV for full recirc. Our engines need full recirc to run properly.
