i guess it is ok in some products but in others it isn't. if you really want to risk it for a few extra pounds of muscle, go for it. but getting buff just takes, time and dedication. it dosn't come over night, if it does...put down the seringe and stop stackin the roids. but i just don't see why you would risk something with ephedra, where you are higher risk of hurting yourself, when you can get the same product ephedra free and get the same results safer.

it is a very helpfull site, well worth the read. i read some other sites too before i purchase products to know if it is really worth it. right now i consume ripped fuel, first day testing it out.

its a shame anybody takes them. but back then they were blind to the side effects. people that use them today have no excuse.

good point. back then lots of people took them to look bigger and what not, to impress the hunnys. but i bet now it's not worth it. probably biting them in the ass if it already hasn't. it's kinda sad that the gov't didn't catch that either. but then again, i believe it was coc., was generated by the gov't and released in the projects to hurt the african american population.

Muscletech products are overpriced, but Hydroxycut may work for some.

They advertise the hell out of their products though.
