Nice. Only I wasn't driving! My friend had my car this weekend, becuause I was out of town and he let me borrow his rent a car. No point in puitting the miles on the rider when a rental car is available.

So, what's up with the 6th? BBQ?

Guys I really want you all to come up to Davis this weekend. June 4th(Fri) we'll be having a BBQ starting around 6:00pm there will be the usual burgers and salad and stuff along with some frizbee and all sorts of other s***. we can also look at all the cars and they won't be in short supply. Around 30 are expected to show so it should be a pretty big meet. There will most likely be a drive afterwards but depending on whether or not my new lady friend comes up from her place I may not be going

Okay boys,

I ordered the last bits and pieces that I need to install my internals today. If all goes well I should get everything I need to put them in by Friday, but if not early next week at the latest. Who knows anything about doing this stuff?

Maybe we can the 6th a bbq / install Jared's internals party. my treat on the bbq goodies (rofl)

Seriously, I need to be pointed in the direction of someone who can help me out with the install or a reputable shop that won't **** me on the install labor. I called a shop that I trusted in Morgan Hill to see if he could do it and didn't really want to touch it and told me there was no one in Morgan Hill he could honestly recommend to do this one. So I am looking for your help! I need to get this done (likely the weekend of the 11,12,13 or next week during the week if I take it to a shop so it's ready to go down to LA for Hi-Boost stuff the weekend of the 18th, 19th.

Exactly.... but seeing as how I am in the dark when it comes to tuning shops around here I need some serious help.

Any suggestions for "reputable" tuning shops?

Jared when you do have the work done make sure that you get all the parts that were removed from the car so you know for sure that the new ones went in

I'd just like to point you all to the thread about t3ase being in the hospital. Due to my financial situation there is no way I could donate even though I really feel the urge to jump on the band wagon. This is what the forum used to be all about and it's encouraging to see that there is still a glimmer of that today. I may start poking my head into some more threads than this after such a great showing of caring and chivalry. If it were one of you guys I'd be sending you 25.00 regardless of whether or not I'm literally living on Ramen 3 meals a day right now. On a lighter note my parents are taking me out to dinner tonight

Jared, ask Rishie, he is more in the "tuner" scene than I am. My friends have had personal bad exeperiences with BlackTrax and their honda motor building, but that may have just been strange isolated incidents where I did not get the full story.

I decided to get some goldlines for my car. Do any of you guys have anything to say about them ?
