Hwy 9 Fun Run!

Yeah for an install party, I still have brake lines and a clutch line that have to go in from Protegefest and there is no way in hell I am going to try and do that myself cause I'll F it up. Nate and Andrew are old pros now. ;)

So when's lookin good?
This weekend is pretty much all bad for me. GF stuff on Sat. , plus I have a friend coming down this weekend.

Nxxt weekend could work...

K guys. Here's the deal. Looks like we can't race this weekend. Not even me. When at the autocross event you must provide proof of membership(which I don't have yet). Even still it don't cost any money to watch so we could do that. Meet up there and then cruise down to Natey's for some BBQ/install action or something

I might put the stockers back on just to see what thats like.

last time my friend put stockers back on his subaru, he wasn't used to it and we fishtailed and finally spun 180 degrees at 80mph (in a 35mph zone) into the other lane past oncoming traffic, hit a curb going backwards and flew into a ditch. the ditch was so deep we couldn't get out until the cops came, wrote him big tickets, and towed his car out. thats just my feeling about mixing touge and stockers that you aren't used to....but then again you have a deathwish

as far as I know, you dont need membership to autocross. You just need to pay like $10 more to get in but this is a few years ago. As far as signing up I think you cna actually do it there at the autocross. Let me check on this and I'll get back.

This year they enacted a new rule due to the number of competitors. Only SCCA members allowed. Trust me, if you don't take a look at the website

hey thanks for the info. I just havent been autocrossing for years. this is new to me too...oh well. I guess I will be staying home and waxing the car this weekend. :)

Yeah I'm pretty unhappy about that as well. I've had a pretty bad weekend and all I was looking forward to was going and doing some driving so....

Road Trip to Andrew's apt anyone? Like I said like two weeks ago. BBQ and HWY 128 drive or something.
