Hwy 9 Fun Run!

If it stays dry, anyone down for an epic drive this weekend?? I've been away for too long.

Hey, I have a first gen Protege, can I have a sponsorship? My car looks very good, too! The front end damage isn't THAT bad.... :p

odyssey,
Lemme know when you get your brake job.

I have no fantasies about keeping up in the straights, (130HP<220HP) But I'll bet I can keep up in the corners if not reel you in.

...in my station wagon.
I should be around 300+ hp. I've got headers to install this weekend too. I installed the brakes last night at midnight, lol. Still setting them in but they are working nice so far. As these pads just came out, I'm going to write a review for the pads later for a friend who sells them (based partially on our drive, I'm sure).

Unfortunately, I don't have coilovers. I always figured they'd break or have to be rebuilt often with as much rough driving that I do. I do have some lowering springs, sway bars, strut bars, solid endlinks, and a lower arm bar for the front. I'm running Yok AVS ES 100's, which are fairly bad, so you should have an advantage there.

I got pads for the WRX if you need em. Where you getting your parts oddys3y?? Gruppe-s??

Come by and visit us. Please take it easy on some of our Protege guys. We have a track event at thunderhill on 12/20. It's a two day event with car control clinic, dinner and lunch the next day.

It's $190.00. Mostly RWD and AWD. Let's settle it there.

We got some pretty built up P5's that haven't been seen yet. I hope we can be respected for being serious underdogs.

Peace, Rishie
I normally get my stuff from MPJ Performance or Gruppe-S. As far as maintenance stuff, I get my stuff from Trace Concepts .

Well, it would at least be "a header," not headers.

LOL... okay, then I'll say "the part of the exhaust between the heads and the uppipe" thats much easier than "headers"

Bah, I suppose anything I say about my HP estimates would be rebutted with "well its not from a dyno" and then from a dyno would be "that dyno reads too high!". I did ~200 whp nearly 2 years ago. With 25% AWD drivetrain loss, that'd be about 265hp at the crank. And since then I've done some more exhaust work, a pulley, and engine management (think that adds up to 35 hp?)

So think what you want...

So, 300hp to the wheels or to the flywheel... which engine managment did you get?
