Husky Liners for CX-5

Had them in my Escape from 2002 until I sold it in 2008. They were great.

My dad has had him in two different Toyota Tachoma's and loves them. (1994 and 2006).

They are worth the money IMO. Just so much easier to clean. I just take them out at the car wash and wash them down at the start, and they are dry by the time I finish the car.

I'm still happy with mine 3 months later...they do what they're supposed to and the price is better then the WeatherTech mats.

I like mine, I wish they were a bit more "rubbery" and used the floor mat "clips" on the passenger side but other than that they appear to do the job well.

i just ordered a set. i took a chance on these over the weathertech, i hope i don't regret. i like the fact that the dead pedal covers a lot more. i'm concenred about the sides if they are well protected though.

got mine yesterday and installed them right away since we got our first snow storm today, talk about good timing.

Overall, I am quite pleased with them. No their not "thick", but they have a good hard shell molding that covers the floor great. I had no slipping issues between my shoes and the liners nor having the liners even slightly move on the floor.
I was surprised they opted out not to use the built in clips / mounts on the passenger side to secure the liners but they fit so tight and the spikes on the bottom of the liners prevent any movement, so should be fine.

Good practical investment for anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Now off to ebay and try sell my carpet mats.

Will miss seeing "CX-5" when opening my doors on the carpet, but I purchased the door sills with "CX-5" logo to help fill that void :)

I just got my CX-5 a couple days ago, and I was looking for floor mats. I liked the Husky Liners over the other brands because of that dead pedal cover. However, the cheapest I have found them for is $159.95. Where did you purchase yours from?

hollis, I went to the website but it says $159.95 for me. Am I missing something?

either they had a misprice when I ordered or they just jacked up the prices everywhere. I think there might have been a 25% price increase in Nov '12

Is it possible that prices went up before winter when more people are looking to buy them? If that's the case, it might be worth to wait.

For those of you who are considering making a cut to access the gas cap lever make sure you make a clean cut. You don't have to cut out the whole outline. Just forward enough to get your finger underneath to lift the lever. I used a utility knife to do it, but I don't have precise cutting skills and the thick rubber made a bit difficult and resulted in a ugly hole. If I were to do it again I would because I prefer not to lift the mat to access the lever.
