Front passenger side all back together with new spring. I can spin the spring in the perch.
Is this normal cause they're smaller?

I know you know what you are trying to describe, but it might help if you don't use the acronym (Hr) for those of us who might not be so deeply into whatever that is. I'm just guessing you might be talking about H&R suspension/springs/coil overs maybe?

Spin = bad..once installed they are indexed and shouldn't MOVE at all.! they are the same size as stock just shorter and progressive...where are you getting that they are smaller?

Note, the car was still on stands.
Finished the intall. It looks amazing.
Can't drive cuz I'm still waiting for rmm.
I believe I need struts though,as I'm nearly "tucking rubber" in the front.

Even with it on Stands it's still under pressure, might move slightly but not spin.... as for the clearance in the fender on H&R springs and stock 45 series tires they will have the "tucked" look but shouldn't actually tuck, cuz with good struts the fender should sit right on top of the tire basically with a 45. H&R drop is 1.3 front and stock on flat surface is about 1.5-2.2" car depending.
