hp racing header question

Aight, questions. Does anyone have the HP racing header on their car? If you do, any dyno's on hp and torque gains? I need something to freeup my baby's breathing whether it be the apc/obx or hp racing header. Also if anyone knows about any other header available, the info would be great.
