I just got a 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback. The navigation does not recognize street addresses that have been around for many years including my office address. I went to update at http://infotainment.mazdahandsfree.com/navigation-updatemymaps and it tells me "The Toolbox is not yet available." It appears I cannot update the navigation system. Does anyone know another way to do this?
I hope someone finds a way to make it work while driving. Evidently Mazda doesn't realize that it is very safe for a passenger to change the navigation when the car is moving. Besides that, I rather change the navigation while driving than pull over in a neighborhood that I don't feel safe in or the side of a highway. For that reason, I will always keep my smart phone navigation handy.
