How to Rip Enhanced CD's

Just like it says, how do you do this?? I have a couple of these cd's that I'd like to rip (so I can put the mp3's on a disc with a bunch of other songs), but I can't seem to 'find' the files.

I've tried to access the disc through windows explorer, winamp, musicmatch, and creative playcenter, and neither of them will 'see' the individual tracks from the disc, so therefore I can't rip what the computer can't find.

Any advice on how to do this, or what (if any) specific programs - preferably free - are required to do this would be appreciated. (BTW, I have XP)

You need to look at the first session (like a CD player does) and not the last (like a computer does).

Nero used to come with a "session selector" tool that would point to the session of your choice. Alternatively, you could try CDRoller (www.cdroller.com - 14 day eval). I have used it in the past to do exactly what you are trying to do.
