how to replace brakes and bleed fluid?

I gota mazda protoge 03 and its time to change the brakes and bleed the fluid.

does any one know if there is any site or recent posts that cover this. ive cheaked out other sites but none on protoge. ive never done it myself and would like to have the know how. if any one know please help me out......
