njaremka, I just realized you location says Auburn, NY. I got lots of family over in Seneca county. I used to go up there every year when I was younger but not so much anymore. Not really a car scene up there, huh?

^^^ Probably not. I have mine set that the bar is as horizontal as it can get without touching the control arms and mine makes noise as well. It doesn't really bother me; just another rattle in the chorus of rattles, shakes, bumps, etc. that my car makes.
Guess not because when I installed mine I made sure everything went in smoothly and tightened snugly. I was afraid to tighten the bolts any more because the little rubber thing was already squeezed quite a bit.So there is no way of getting rid of the noise other than to buy an expensive ass bracket hugh?
Mine were 7in inside...but the p5s are shorter I believe
^^^ That is my next thought. I'm going to pick up a set of used endlinks here one of these days and if the noise ever starts to get to me that is what I will do. The AWRs are definitely beefier and will probably be able to stand up to more stress down the road when I go with coilovers.
I just did a quick measurement with a tape measure and from bolt center to bolt center I got about 6.25" give or take about 1/16-1/8". I hope this helps some.Yah the P5's are shorter than that I know. Anybody with a P5 that can do this measurement for me?
Yeah, but you have to consider the movement is to allow for the use of just about any swaybar out there. Now that I think about it I probably could have installed mine a little better. The mounting tab on the strut is not oriented the same way as the tab on the swaybar (in my application) but I currently have it so my endlinks are aligned the same way. I'm thinking if I rotate the top a little to be inline with the tab on the strut and leave the bottom inline with the swaybar I might reduce some noise. Like I said though, it doesn't really bother me so much so it isn't a priority. The stockers are plenty beefy. Remember, the only firce o nthe endlinks is a striaght up and down, ot a sideways force. Thicker wouldn't do much, and in my opinion the AWR's leave too much room for movement.
