how to fix "H" crack in dash

What can i do to fix the terrible "H" crack in my passenger side dash
Its pretty big. Any suggestions or fixes? Or anything to cover it ?

There isn't a repair for it. Mine literally started last week. Get a new assembly at a cost of $440 I believe. Kind of sucks. I actually wasn't aware of the common problem until last week. I'm kind of surprised that it took 10 years to happen
