How to clean instrument panel plastic cover?

The plastic cover gets scratched easily if we use a piece of cloth to wipe. So far I only dare to use an air blower (the type i use to blow dust off my camera lens). I tried anti static duster but I only made it more dusty. What is your experience?

I use a microfiber cloth and either glass cleaner or Pledge multi surface.
