Hey all,

I just posted a "How-to Change you Oil" video that I thought some people here might be interested in. Check it out:

http://www.viewdo.com/now_viewing.php?id=117

(Mods: I would post this in the How-To section but don't have privelages)

Anyway, hope you enjoy. If anyone else has any how-to videos that you've made, I'd encourage you to check ViewDo out. They allow you to upload and download the videos straight to your IPOD so you can take your instructional video with you to the car. Pretty neat.

Enjoy!

Thanks Nos. I happened to be changing my oil that weekend, and my buddy was like, "Hey can we come film you for our site" and it just sort of worked out. It could be a bit more polished (most of the stuff was improvised a.k.a. talking out of my ass)...but it works.

haha you said jack off

lol...yeah....twice.

I was wondering how long it was going to take people to notice. Like I said, pretty much the whole thing was a first take. So I didn't notice that I was "jacking off" until afterwards when I was editing.

Oh well... :-)

Any chance you could do a how to video for changing the brakes ?

I assume you mean the brake pads and not the rotors (or both?)....and yeah...I could definitely do that (except my pads don't need to be changed anytime soon)

However, anyone is welcome to submit their how-to vids at Viewdo. So if someone else out there is changing their brake pads soon and has a camera, that would be a great submission.

Going to try to record it. I think it makes it easier.

There is already a post on one for the mp3 which is the same as the P5. The msp is the same except it requires a smaller allen then the P5.

I just changed the oil on my mazda5 no video though...I was a bit worry because I didn't wait until the car is broken in because switching to synthetic.

Just curious to see how the brake pad change went, and if you had a chance to video it?
