how often or at what pressure does our factory bpv fail?

how often or at what pressure does our factory bpv fail? mines been making what i think everyone reffers to as the rooster sound, (to me i dont understand how this sounds like a rooster at all) but its been making it more and more frequently, mostly before it hits boost, then it hits boots and it feels like ass. thinking its the bpv? looking into a forge?

not sure but the way i knew mine was failing was that i would boost but realy feel no differnce in torque. Vac showed everything was okay but just would not seal correctly under boost.
