I would not worry about having rear speakers. if you do use them power them off the deck. save time and money. plus sound better.
I would stay away from alpine subs and RF. the RF amps are ok for a sub, but that is about it and there are better ones.
I think one nice sub will be plenty. it will take up less room then two weaker subs and soudn just as nice. if you are not wanting to spend alot of money then I would stick with subs that dont require alot of power. this will save money on the amp.

you would be powering the fronts, rears, and sub off this amp. use the JL 12w3v2 sub.

you could hook the sub up to channels 1 and 2 bridged for 300Wrms and hook the fronts up to channels 3 adn 4 in stereo for 75Wrms. get any sub that only requires around 300Wrms.
