I'm pretty sure the local dealership isn't asking over MSRP. Arlington, TX

I wouldn't pay over MSRP. Infact, I'd wait to see if sales are as stagnant as the MSP before buying one.

Paid MSRP as negotiated at order.

One local dealer said they were going to ask for $1,500 over, but I doubt they'll get it.

Paid MSRP out the door for mine in Madison, WI. They won't be getting any more until February! I also got the 7yr/100K bumper to bumper (I am able to cancel it at any time and get money back) warranty because paying for repairs isn't my idea of fun.
