I've noticed higher knock after installing my dp and mm, same time. Is that normal? I see knock go up when accelerating in a high gear at a lil below 2500 rpm. I'm not flooring it, just like 30% throttle. Its scary when I see high knock.

i dont know if has been posted on this forum, but if you look through cobbs notes on way to use atr to tune this car they wrote up a note about knock.

the car uses the knock sensor to determine timing and is always pushing limits for best fuel economy.

there will always be knock it is how the car is designed to run.
