How much are MSP's selling for used? Might sell mine...

Mine is bone stock with window tint.

I have a K&N panel filter and the limited edition "Jason94Cobra" grounding kit hooked up by Craig "1stMP3 NH" The kit is STILL waiting for my battery terminals that I can't find anywhere... but the kit has all the normal kit stuff, plus an extra ground wire from the battery and the factory battery to starter cable is all MC stuff with the expensive ring terminals at the battery side.

She has almost 10,000 miles on her and runs like a top.



I am thinking about going STi or just back to a beater car to drive to work...

Trade in for 16? Shoot where's that? All the places I've seen or heard people try to trade in are giving 12-13 for the MSP's with low mileage (8-12k). Most of the ones getting sold outright are going less than 16!

People change their minds and/or want something else after a while. That doesn't constitute lack of research. Besides, if everyone waited to research the resale value of a car before they bought it, no one would ever buy a car (chicken or the egg).

Depends on what areas too. Around here they go for anywhere from 14 to 18. For instants I got mine for $16.5 with 8k on it, but this guy was sold this other one I was looking at with 13k for $18. I think there a little high around here. Go back to the beeter by the way, save your money for a beach house or something, I should of!

Why would you say that? I knew more about this car than the salesman... I love the car, but as mentioned by others sometimes you just feel like a change.

I'm not even sure I would want to get rid of her yet... she still smells new inside.

Although if someone dropped $17,000 on me I'd fill up the tank and hand them the keys... (cool)

Don't get me wrong, to quote AGR: I LOVE MY MAZDASPEED! and it couldn't be in better mechanical condition, 12k, synthetic oil, no worries, no disappointments, it's a fantastic car and I still really like it...

but...

there are other loves in my life too... !
