give it a shot. Don't be sure surprised if you need to cut them with a blow torch. My mechanic had to and several people here had to too.

And I thought I was the only one that got a sweet ass deal on a MP5. I picked up a 02 with 207,000KM, timing belt done, new Falken summers on stock rims and winters on steel rims, Krown rust proofed since 2004 so no rust, Castrol synthetic oil since 30,000km, maintanence records since 2004. Fully loaded with sunroof too...love the sunroof, i rarely use the word mint cuz its ghey, but this car is mint, I paid $3800 for it.

About 180,000KM and not to post jack but this talk of end links has me thinking I have this weird noise not really a clunk but it sounds like if you were holding two pieces of bolt stalk loosely and bang them together that's the best way to describe the sound could end links be my issue. Seems to come from drivers side rear of the car.
202 000 on mne, has signs of rust bubbles on the way but the pice was right... everyone on this forum has been great.. look forward to owning this car and chatting with you guys.. cheers and happy new year!!

Thats the one and yes it was one helluva deal, car is literally like new, somehow I managed to pick it up before anyone else did.

Hey! I just sold my Acura Integra to buy this 2002 Midnight Blue Protege5, 5spd, dealer maintained, awesome shape! It has 113,000kms or 70,000 miles!

Timing belt and tensioner should be done around 100K.
