HOW TO
1. Buy high-temp or medium-temp paint (the hubs don't get that hot anyway) in the color of your choice.
2. Remove wheel.
3. Put newspaper underneath wheel on ground because high-temp paint is VERY thin.
4. Spray the rust. Put on a generous amount and don't be scared to get it on the rotor itself as the paint will easily be removed by the brake pad when you brake anyway.
I didn't bother sanding off the rust first -- leaving that thin coat of rust underneath is not going to hurt anything anyway. If you're anal, go ahead and sand it off first.
