I tried. I'm using MS Paint and I only lets my crop from the bottom.(dunno)

In that case, Just crop it from the bottom. Crop the part that you want to be in the sig, leaving out the unwanted top space uncropped. Once you crop the bottom, cut and paste it in new blank space. Then save it and taadaaa! you got what you wanted.
