How do you track delivery of your new car on the ship?

I have read on this forum that there is a way to track where your car is on the ship that is bringing it from Japan.

I have a fully loaded CX5 Sport Nav due any day now and wondered where it actually is at the moment! Should have been with the dealer last Friday but hasnt materialised!

Does anyone know how to do this?

Some dealers will enable the customer to track the auto carriers. Also, there are websites which track shipping. It helps to know the ship's name. Try a web search for 'ship tracking websites'.
