How do you "just find" a rocket launcher???

I heard in the south you can find a car just by mowing your lawn.

possibly too late to post this for a quick response but... down here there is a cop car parked with a dummy sitting in it in order to "Scare" speeders into thinking there is a cop car sitting there I guess. Anyway, it's parked in the grass and you can see where the grass was cut around the car.

When they first started doing that in Maryland, someone broke into the car and stole the uniform (which was real) off of the dummy! (hand) Made it real easy to impersonate an officer if they chose to!

Now they use a fake uniform that looks close enough from >10 feet but is obviously not real up close! (rofl)

At least they learned something!
