How do i take apart the front shock top mount?

I am trying to install Tein Basic and was currently having issues with height and not reaching the height that was desired

due to the fact that the spring collar was almost at its lowest and still i have full wheel gap around the car...

what i did was mount the top mount adapter from Tein onto the Front shcok top mount without takin it apart...this is what i believe is my problem...

so to fix the height issue to go lower, I want to disassemble the front shock top mount...

but dont know how, so I am asking how do i do it?
