How do I remove the silver trim from the rear doors?

The front seem pretty easy according to the TSB. But for the rears, they refer to the shop manual. If I am correct, it appears that I will have to remove the door panel, and unscrew the trim from the inside. If that is true, can someone explain how to remove the rear door panel? I looked in some shop manual that I found online, and it doesn't appear clear to me. I don't want to break anything, or create rattles! Please help.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

Thanks for the links. I already had that information, but I'm still confused. It's hard to tell from the description in the manual, but it looks like the whole rear door panel has to come off. I also have questions about the steps that are in the manual.
What is the inner sail garnish that they are referring to, that I must remove (step 2)? I
didn't start the job yet, maybe it will make more sense when I see it, but I
also have a question about step 7. It says in step 7 to "remove tab A, and
slide trim piece in the direction of the arrow. I assume they mean to
unsnap tab A from it's position. I won't be actually removing the tab, will
I? Sorry for all the questions, I don't want to break anything. I've
removed several door panels in my time, so I know better and that's the
reason I want all the knowledge I can get BEFORE I start. Once a door panel
is removed the first time, I can usually do it again in 1 minute flat. But
like I said, I don't want any broken parts, or new rattles.
If anyone replaced the rear door silver trim, can you please explain how to do it. Thanks again, I really appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

When I read the TSB, it clearly shows the front just unsnapping, and pulled towards the rear. For the rears, it references the shop manual, and points to the section that removes the panel. When looking at the pieces and the drawing, it looks like there are snaps that pull straight out, but it also has some holes that look like they accept screws. In the drawing, it also looks like there are screws from inside the panel. When I read the disassembly steps, the manual says to remove screw #1 (there are a few of them) then step #2 says to remove the rear decoration panel. I'm very confused now! If you have removed the rear panels, is it possible that you pulled it out of the screws without unscrewing them? I am not trying to challenge your answer, I am just trying to have it all make sense before I begin the replacement. Thanks again,
Chris

Are you planning on painting them black, thus giving it a "Shadowline" appearance?
