How do I keep the FM tag display on during navi

For some reason, I swear that I had this function last week, but now it has somehow disappeared.

When I use my map/navigation, the display used to have the FM radio station ID and song title on a black bar across the top of the screen.

If I switch stations, I get the station ID for a second, then it goes off screen. I would like it to stay on. Does anyone know have to keep it on??

This is a feature on newer NAVI system.
Those of us who have '07 or '08 can't answer this one.
