I dont have pics of the protege hood, but i can show you pics of my cavalier CF hood. I bought a new computer (in the mail), so give me a few days, my scanner i have now from this comp screwed up. Ill try from a friends house.

yeah, i saw that....ive been able to get them from a source for awhile now. Im not making money off this, just letting people in Houston know that Ive found good prices on products like the Vis hood.

Heres a pic of my Z24 Vis hood....Ill try and take more later, the price on the Protege OE hood may be cheaper than $450 now that the EVO style hood came out.

CF hoods

i know this is an old thread but i was just woundering if you could still get those vis hoods. i will be moving to huston in august. if you can help me out that would be great. i havent been able to find one for less then 700.

be carefull of the vis hoods the last batch i sold 5 out of 7 hoods were bad, there is something wrong with the molds for the protege.

yea, some are bad and some are good. do u remember what the defects were?
the defects were that the were taking it out of the mold to quick and boxing it up, the were warped on one side so it would never fit flush

yeah...the prices on the ViS CF Hood now is, $420 oem & $460 evo style.....That is total price. FC3s Boy and Enigma are right though.....you just have to hope that u get a nice hood. Luckily you get to see the hood and try it on before u buy ;) .....ill be sure of that. And i honestly havent ran into any horrible ViS hoods for the protege, thank God.

if hes getting them from a vendor though and the vendor says u can test fit the hood before u buy they should take it back if its warped (the vendor) correct?

nope if you look at thier invoice it clearly states "NO REFUNDS" i just went through this and lost over $2,000.00 refunding money to my guys. It sounds like he is just trying to sell you a hood, go with the fiber images
