Any advise on solving an intermittent hooter for a Mazda 626 Capella 2001 Japan Model. The hooter fails 98% of the time when engine is on. Its so unpredictable such that its as good as no there. Auto electricians say they do not understand the operational system of the coil under the steering wheel. Any help in the form of circuit diagram or operational system of the hooter?
