Hoot/Whistle sound in high speed/high winds

Driving on the I-5 (both directions) past weekend, near Tejon Pass in LA, I heard sharp and loud whistle/hoot sound coming from the left A pillar. This only happened in short bursts. My speed was 70-75 mph and high winds outside, the sound was primarily coming on during curves and lane changes.

Is something lose on the A-pillar? I wonder what's going on.

me too!
I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, not sure it was the A-pillar on mine but I've now experienced it at speeds around 80+ mph (on my private road in Mexico of course) and when we had these big winds this past week in Orange County I was hearing it at 50 mph.

seems like the air is getting in between somethign and making a crazy sound. Almost like a horn but not as loud?
tough to describe and I can't begin to imagine how the dealership might try to replicate it without going all Ferris Bueller's day off on my CX-5.

glad to hear I'm not the only one though.
