Anyone with comments or opinions on this? I've seen several cars with custom / self made kits... Work fine.. not sure the price tag... much cheaper I assume...

ANYWAY, to the poster... Does this kit work.. or has it been tested on Speed6? Much larger and heavier hood then standard 6's... And because it has a slightly different layout... brackets and mounting might not line up correctly...

Also, I can't tell, but does this require drilling? or does it bolt on?

Alright guys here is what I have for info.

From what I am told the weight of the hood should be just fine and fitting on the Speed6 shouldnt matter.

As for the P'5's - I am working on doing a test fit with one. So give me until after Memorial Day and i will get backto ya

You might want to test it on a speed 6. I think the bolts line up different and the dampers for the 6i and 6s won't work on the speed.

I'll PM this.... but if i order the kit, and attempt install on my speed6... if it doesn't work... can I send it back? Basically i'll do a test car deal thingy with you.... But... from across the country =)

I'll pay shipping here and back... and the kit.... i'd just expect refund of the kit on return if it doesn't work... And a future deal (free shipping) on a kit that is made for the speed6 if you guys do get around to it.
