Home Depot lip, yes or no?

I'm debating putting the home depot lip on my car. Seems easy enough and cheap enough to do. Does anyone have one on their P5, could you post some pics ecspecially a white one? Thanks

Umm... I thought this was a common mod that people did. I guess not on our cars. As anyone tried it? Does it just look weird or something? I saw some pics of it on the mazda3 and thought it looked good. just wondering why the no's?

I have seen them only on 3's and ms3's. I am going to put one on as well.

See, i like the way it looks on the Mazda3. Would it look lame on the P5?

i just don't think the bumper contours suit it... and personally I think when the stick OUT like that it looks... awkward. when they stick down at one angle or another it looks cleaner.

Well, maybe, I guess......it doesn't look much different than the MP3 windsplit like on mine. I thought y'all meant that lawn edging abs stuff............Sorry, forgot the damn billboard pic size. I used this because it'll go inside the bra for chip protection. Here, normal size............

See, I was wanting to do this to my MSP. I don't have the stock wind splitter because it was broken all to hell anyhow. How do you attach it and how do you make the ends so they look clean and well done and not just cut up garage door sealer?

There are several how to's I believe, and you use double sided tape, not sure how to make a "clean cut" though.

Clean cut? lol. Use scissors! That's what I did. I wrapped my lip all the way around so the one end was obviously "clean cut" b/c I started with the beginning of rubber and worked my way around. As for the other end I cut it with scissors.

The thing that annoys me is that you can see the adhesive a little bit. To those that i have complained to they said it looks good though. So we'll see. lol
