HKS turbo timer questions.

Bought my car used. It has a hks turbo timer on it. I only understand some of it's functionality. Like allowing the car to idle. What I don't get is all the other stuff on it. When I'm driving the # on the display is fluctuating between 14.23-14.30, 'cept now it's at 13.98-14.00 since I swissed my airbox.
Is this timer a boost gauge also? It appears to have the ability to be set in two different configurations.
Thoughts... And answers please.

That's the battery voltage reading. There are 4 modes for the timer, 1 minute, 3 minutes, auto, and preset. Those are selected by the T1, T2, or the bottom left button IIRC. Auto will count up based on how hard you drive the car.

depends on which turbo timer you have, I have a type 0 I bought from PG, and it doesnt have the auto function at all
just 2 preset times and the voltage reading

I have the type 1 with the auto function (not connected on mine) thats reading your battery voltage, it can also read RPMs, speed, quarter mile times IIRC (the type 1 can) and maybe something else, but I can't remember.

I can see all those options (unlit) on the display, but I can only set the two different idle times, and two different voltage settings one reads 1600pk the other 1500pk. I need to just download the manual. Thanks everyone for your time and info.

Definitely, that's what we're here for! If you cant access all of the features then it was probably not wired to use those functions. There's a harness to buy for some of them that makes wiring them easier but otherwise it's a pretty delicate procedure.
