Oh so ill be getting the dyno chart on friday. I forgot to take it with me when I went down. I found out that the SC is only boosting 4psi. (see below why) So as it stands im pushing 160whp. The tune is great. AFRs are richer than they were before. the powerband is better..Way better. Ill try to get a fly by vid sometime this week. Other than that Im happy with the results so far. (except I thought something was broken because I was only boosting 4psi lol)
Where can I get a larger UDP? I know they have light weight ones but I want a larger one. haha. I believe that my SC is only pushing 4psi due to the size of my UDP. Seeing that the mercedes has a larger pulley I can see why it boosts 7psi. So I figured that out. Really nothing else I can do. lol

If you can't find a larger udp, you'll have to get one custom made. If you did the math and figured out what diameter you need, I could draw up a CAD model for you to take to a shop to have them make it.

Oh wait, just saw the P5 thread. They're right about increasing the size of the main pulley. You want a new SC pulley. Either way, it's probably gonna be something custom.

Lol and with a stock crank pully you will get a woppoing .5psi increase so why didn't you buy my kit that already comes with a ODP overdrive pully 11psi?
I have drawings already for one and quotes for 800+

Looking at your numbers with my pully you would be around 190whp

I did make it myself, but I used a stock pulley to do it too, I could send drawings

Yes..if you want more boost you need to increase the crank pulley diameter....Or decrease the SC Pulley diameter.
It would be much easier I am sure to make or buy one for the SC I would think.

there was one other who changed the clutched pulley it was tricky because the shaft is Splined, the way he did it was disassembled/cut the electric clutch, got the splined piece then welded a pulley onto it. I don't know the diameters or the boost, it was irrelevant because he did it on a v6 probe

I've been thinking about tackling the SC with AC problem lately.
I think I want to design a drive line to get the SC to a place where
it doesn't interfere with any existing systems.
My problem is that in my time playing in the engine bay I've never
really been looking for a good space to fit a supercharger.
Does anybody know of a good place to stuff one. It is ok if
the positioning is a little goofy.
It would be even better if someone knew how to get their hands on a 3d model of the engine bay(even if it is simplified, so long as positions are correct).
