Yes, I guess cos i know one of the service advisors but I was treated right in that dealership than the dealership where i got my MSP from. I put in like 15 things i didnt like from the muffler tip crack, to the small things such as cover for the screw at the steeering wheels. She ever change my bushing for my front and rear suspension and change some other parts too. Plus, put a new battery ans even the brush fake aluminum daash cover thingy. At the end i got like 5 or 6 sheets of job order. My other dealership was so bad that i even got a buick century for a rental and had me pay for the taxes of it. Hiley gave ma a rally white mazda 3 hatch. Got to drive the car thru christmas and all cos my parts didnt get there in time cos of the snow and stuffs. Now my car sounds meaner than ever and dosent clunk on speed bumps. I hope someone here had the same nice experience like me at HILEY.(cool)


I know, freeman is also cool but never tried it before. Titanium told me they dont care there, they fix it even with mods and all. Maybe when i get some mods put in my car i might shift there. lol

Back when it was Freeman it was horrible... Now that's it changed to Hiley, it's 300% better. I had some minor issues on teh MSM fixed, gave me a loaner, fixed them all with no issue..

Oh, and Taren (Taryn?) the service writer is *quite* nice to look at

Their parts guys however, don't seem to really know whats going on outside of their computer screen.

Were talking about Hiley in Arlington off I-20 and Collins. I will never take my car to Hiley either. I go to Freeman off 183 and Loop 12.

Vic, yes she did all of the stuffs that i told her to change. It was super fast too, if it wasnt for the bad weather i could have gotten my can in 2 days. Imagine there were so many in my list. One of them is even the chipped airbox. replace them also. Then the brushed looking piece for the dashboard from what she told me is in order too cos its missing a clip. I mean i guess cos ive got 2 other mazdas there (except my speed) and she knew i was upset for not getting my speed there. She actually reported the matter to the owner and i never seen the guy that tried to sell the silver speed again..hehe

Just wish athrur will get treated the same. Ive seen your car, almost stock so i dont see whynot.

You know Chantelle, told me that the radio would take two days to replace because in the Mazdaspeeds they had to remove the entire dash....(gtfo) And they were the ones responsable for the only scratch on my cousin's MSP, the one on the fender. What the hell they were doing in the hood, dont know(chair)

I thretend to sue that dumb b**** and hilley the last time I took my car there and I have not been back since and when they called me for there little service review I gave them the worst rating on a scale of 1-10 across the board. That dealer ship blows donkey nuts. and when I talked to the service manger and bitched him out about flashing my car with out my permission he told well mazda had some new upgraded maps we were required to put into your PCM and thats when I got pissed off and said look dick head I own that car not mazda and not hilley you dont do a damn thing to my car unless I give you permission and then proceded to tell him that he's lucky I dont sue him and that F'ed up service dept.

Ok, which dealer is the best MSP dealer in the DFW Metroplex? I want to know before I take my car in...

I have used Hiley and Chantell in the past. She was nice and they flashed my car and fixed the rear klunk and gave me a rental, but they would not replace my windshield which was a stress crack. They were able to feel a nic or something and said a rock did it. I know for a fact a rock didn't hit it and the nic was cuased by me driving the car with the broke windshield in itand it flexed. I did not push the issue, I thought it was have been useless to...

So I can't claim bad service really, just wish They would fix any issue without me having to feel like I'm on trial or something.

I feel the best service wise is Freeman Mazda in Irving the really wont hassel you about anything and Johnny gets things taken care of quick and does a great job of keeping in contact with you to let you know exactly what is going on with your car. I myself had the same issue with my windsheild and Freeman Mazda fixed with no questions asked. I would recomend them to any one who is looking for good service as well as trustworthy service dept.

whats amazing is that service writers (the majority) get paid based on the dealer's customer satisfaction index....I bet their core client is a 47 year old soccer-mom with their mini-van, and thats how they survive.

Good luck man, I did it before with my 97 protege when it was on warranty still and she didnt say anything. But Titanium s experience with freeman is pretty awesome. Wish i gett o know that guy jhonny maybe i can score a ms muffler for cheap..hehe

I am going to have to get my car in the week of the 24th. I just need the bushings replaces and sometimes it is hard shifting into 3rd. (rare but happens.) Also the front end is making a noise. It is all stock so I do not think they will hassle me.

They left my transmission in a box. thats all I have to asy If i didnt find a stock MSP LSD for 400 dollars i would have been screwd on my car. They told me that after 30,000 non raceing miles that my LSD just up and broke from "abuse". Even vic knows I drive mild as hell. Careful those traffic Jam launches could break a neck they're so violent.

Mark my words I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO MAZDA AGAIN. Bastards. If their reading they can suck a fat babies nipple.
