High flow resonator

If there is such a thing. My exhaust is a lil too loud for me with out the silencer. I would like to put a resonator in my 2.5" exhaust, but dont want to block the flow if possible.

I need this by saturday the 6th.


Any sugestions or websites, i searched a lilttle but didnt find much. i want stainless also.

I was told Magnaflow made one, just an open chamber resonator but I do not see it on their website. I was thinking about one also, try calling them next week.

Did you try jegs.com. You can usually find stuff like that at muscle shops.

i got a magna flow resonator 2.5" OD. It is aluminum not ss. They wouldnt be able to have that till tues and i need it by sat.

hope it makes a difference.

going to see wagner 2hrs away, an im gonna have him put it in while im there. Also adjust my exhaust tip location.

why dont you do it, it would take like all of ten minutes prolly...unless it needs welded, then it would take 15 bucks

It needs to be cut and welded in. I have some other things i need to take care of also.

oh ok, well good luck..worst case though i would just take it to a muffler shop to welded on.

change in plans now. I am getting a stainless resonator and getting it installed next saturday.

i got the SS high flow magnaflow resonator put in yesterday. 2.5" ID.

The exhaust is much quieter, i am running without my silencer(rattle maker) and it sounds awesome.
