HID headlight?

anyone had installed HID headlight to their P5 ...
please let me know ...
because i am planning to install one for mine...
i am trying to search some of the wed sites ...
and see which one is better fit to my P5 ...
if any of you have any comments or suggestions ...

We offer the two best hids on the market. Check out MTC lighting and McCullogh lighting. They are at the top of the HID market.

We have easier access and better pricing with the McCullogh lighting kits. These are genuine not the cheap ones.

sometime back, there was a calafornia companty that took on the task of making a legal HID conversion for the protege5, do a quick search on it. Most HID conversions will look nice but the angle will be wrong and they are considered illegal, because of the angle, they blind people more than they should. Normal HID should just be really bright at all times, but if you do a non legal conversion, it will be like HID brights in other's eyes. Make sure to get the legal conversion, otherwise I WILL side swipe you when you blind me. Hehe, search for it,

I have HID's my kit is a K2 8000K (supposed to be blue, but is about the color that the BMW X5's have, real purple).
Mine was a direct fit, no wires to splice, no housing mods, just change bulbs, mount ballasts, and run the wires. Very easy to install, took less than 30 mins. I got my kit off of ebay, and it cost about 450$US.
