well i dont have one but as for as the last pick most people remove the grille after they install for better airflow

yup, mine was that tight going on to. I had a space between that bracket and the spot in your first photo AND had it super tight against the horn, but I just forced it and bolted in down. Works perfect and fits super tight without rubbing or rattling while I'm driving. I've since checked it to make sure and it's still sitting snug in place.

Here is what I did....

1) Bent the bracket slightly so it would line up.
2) For this section I pushed the charge pipe in further and made sure the clamp sealed properly. I blew off the charge pipe several times. So I picked up a very heavy duty clamp, and then I had not issues or rubbing.
3) For the horn I also slightly bent the horn towards the rad.
4) Mine was very close to the lower grille. I just left it, then eventually I took off the grille.

Hope this helps...

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I dont know if that was the best thing to do .. you may want to have that rewelded on the pipe , No offence but I am kinda glad I payed the extra money for the MAM Setup There seem to be some fitment issues with highboost kit . I know alot of times its just the way the pipe was put in and the angle its mounted at but still, I just dont think that looks right ! Sorry Just my opinion , you asked lol (wow)
By the way I love the look of your car I want the tail lights where did you find them I have looked every where and have found some but they where expensive , did you get a good deal? lol

I personally think the pipe doesn't need the flange rewelded... It will line up if you slightly bend it.... You will not need to bend it much... Get that part in then hook the 2 other pipes to it..

I also sold my hiboost and bought the MAM FMIC.. :)

If you are talking about my car, then Thanks..

I bought the tails off of Ebay because that is the only place I could find the ones without the reflector on the side....

Here is a current auction for the same set.

#2 pic looks like you need to do some readjusting. you should have at least 1/3 of an inch of space between the master brake cylinder and the bracket piece on the opposite side of that pipe.
the #3 pic looks like you might be using the wrong pipe or it's not on correctly.

i have a hiboost kit on my car and it's pretty straight for #3 and i have a big enough gap in #2. any kit that's out is going to need adjusting. you can't expect a kit to install 100% perfect the first try.

1. use a spacer. It was meant to have one there to keep the pipe off the Radiator.
2. Ask "I boost" he said that if you don't put the pipe on there properly, it will rub. Something about installing that pipe backwords. Ask him he can tell you more about it.
3. Ya you have to move the horn
4. ?? Can't help you there.

BTW I was helping I boost install his so I noticed a few things. But not to great detail
