Hi, needs help with making decision of picking wheels and ties

Hi everyone I have some questions for selecting wheels, ties and springs for my True Red Mazda 3S, 2.3L 2007
Bolt Pattern: 5X114.3, ties size: 205/50/R17

I have chosen a wheels for my car, below is the link and image of it :
http://www.1010tires.com/wheel.asp?wheelbrand=Enkei&wheelmodel=EKM3 - H.S.&pc=442-880-6540HS

This wheel has same bot pattern available for my car, off set is 40mm. But I believe my car's offset is about 45+ I am not sure. If it will fit to my car?
And any buddy has suggestions for other wheel?

How low I can lower my car if I don't want any rubbing? 1.8 drop? 1.5 ? 1.4?
Is it too much to have 1.8 drop? I like eibach so much but they currently only offering 1.8 drop and 1.2 drop, if 1.8 is too much then 1.2 will be not low enough then(pissed).... B&G has 1.4 drop available but I am not sure if B & G is good, anyone can tell me which brand is good except eibach?.....

Talk about ties, I am living in Florida and the temperature are constantly above 25 degree C and even above 30 C in summer. Should I pick a summer tie or a all season tie? Is there any brand reliable but averagely cheaper? Does it look okay if I put a 225/40/18 tie on my wheel ?

Sorry for having too much question! I hope any professional can answer me.

THANKS

that wheel is not a good option especially if you want to drop your car. i am running a 7.5" wide wheel with a 42 offset and thats the max as i rub a tad in the rear with passengers. if you wanted to roll your fenders then you may be alright. the offset of these cars is 52 and comes with a 6.5" wheel.
